Listening to Your Needs

“Personal injury attorneys are an important tool society can use to protect itself from harm-doers.”

When an accident occurs, the victim needs an experienced advocate on their side. They need an advocate who will listen to their needs and provide prompt legal counsel and representation. Mary Noel Golder is that advocate.

From automobile injury claims to complex wrongful death cases, Mary brings her considerable legal skills, persistence and perspective to personal injury cases. Her trial law experience includes representing victims of car, motorcycle and pedestrian wrecks, injuries on private and business premises, injuries on the job, and all other types of injury cases. Her courtroom and settlement victories have compensated the injured and improved the standard of care by sending a message to wrongdoers that their dangerous actions have consequences. She takes pride in fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves.

Since watching her first jury trial in junior high, Mary has had a passion for law and a compassion for people who are suffering. This early love for the courtroom and desire to help others has motivated her ever since. Mary has devoted more than 40 years to representing individuals and families.

Out of the office, Mary has served on the boards of a number of local charitable organizations, and has even helped establish a local dog and cat rescue, Sadie’s Rescue, Inc. Through her personal and professional work, she strives to make our community a better place to live.
